The Team has a deep sense of loyalty and coordination amongst themselves,
combined with a dedication to each individual project, and the specialized work they do.

 
 
Ronie Mahinay (Ronie), is the Works Manager. He has worked with Andy for 12 years on all the projects. He is familiar with all aspects of the works, West System epoxy methods, the plans and lofting. He delegates and instructs the team. Ronie is totally dedicated to his job. Ronie is now a member of our corporation.
 
Anecito Hernado (Ceto), an intelligent young man, gained his boat building knowledge with another yard. He has worked on a number of boats previously. He has sound knowledge of our construction methods. He is familiar with West System epoxy methods, lofting and the plans. Ceto takes on sub-management rolls.
 
   

Joventino Pacaldo (Ovin), is responsible for the filleting and glass/epoxy tape lay-up of the seams. He has worked with our company for more than 9 years. He is a natural on the water at the helm

 

Chris Roland Saharina (Atat), is a carpenter by trade. Atat has an enthusiastic and energetic approach to his job.

 

 

   

Alejandro Jubac (Andot), is a Master carpenter with long boat building experience. He is responsible for much of the joinery and fit-out. Andot is dedicated to his profession.

 

Faustino Lumongsod (Tiny), is a cabinet-maker by trade. He is responsible for scrutinizing and converting lumber to the many dimensions required for the boats. Tiny has previous boat building experience.

 

   
Armen Mahinay (Popoy), younger brother of Ronie, over qualified in other fields, has been with our company more than 4 years – he undertakes many aspects of the boat building as well as being responsible for local purchases and field admin tasks. Armen is able sailor of our Hitia 17s and Denja. (See Day Charter)

Restituto Dicdican (Junior), works with Fernando and Bobby on the fairing and painting with great pains and unrelenting patience to achieve the finish results we’ve all come to admire and respect.

 

   

Adelyn Onil, (Bookkeeper), Ady is bright, conscientious, and industrious, never complaining at the many tasks she undertakes. We are pleased she could join our administration more recently.

 

Gemma Alcala (Gems), is our cook for all the crew. Imagine catering to this ever-hungry-crew three meals a day – day in day out, it says it all – always a smile has Gemma – and she’s never let us down.

 

   
Nenita Ediong (Neth), Has been with our company ---- and works closely under Evelyn our company CAO and CPA.
Nenita studied commerce, apart from her many other undertakings, she is responsible for noting down all the materials and hours used in the various aspects of our projects.
Sabiniano Balili (Bobby), ever-cheerful – ever-smiling Bobby, works with all the same determination and dedicated patience as Fernando and Junior to achieve that final finish to all our projects that everyone has come to expect and admire of them. He is particularly popular in the crew, and is always willing to undertake all other aspects of our works.
   
Lito Balasabas (Lit), works closely with Tiny – together they make a very efficient team processing lumber to the final and many varied finishes required for our projects. Lito is always the front man when it comes to heaving heavy boat component parts into place and is much admired by all our project owners past.
Edgar Torayno (Taloy), is a carpenter – boatbuilder, he has easily adapted to our construction methods and following Ronie’s lead.
   

Fidel Bucod (Dodong), Dodong joined us in March 05. He is a master carpenter with welding skills. He works closely with Ronie on all component projects of our boat building, as well as providing guidance for the crew immediately under him.

 

Antonio Novero (Tony), Tony is our tig welder, metal worker, formally working for a large company in Bohol, he is very able with stainless steel inc 316 creating many parts for our boat builds.

Paulo Tuazon (Jun-jun), works with our paint team under Jr and Fernando.

 

 

Gines Arabejo (Gines), Gines joined us with Tony as his mate – quiet and diligent in all works assigned to him from Tony.
