Celso Hubac (Loloy), Loloy is a carpenter and joined us just over a year ago – he undertook much works on his own on our Hitia 17s build last year.

 

 

Danilo Bagarinao (Danny), Danny being a trained painter is on our paint team working with Jr and Fernando.

 

 

 
 
 

Felexander Bucod (Andie), Andie joined us recently as an experienced carpenter – he works closely with Dodong.

 

 

Fernando Ybanez (Nanding), Nanding is a professional painter with much experience, he has attended several seminars – a jolly and helpful soul by nature we are pleased he has joined our team.

 

   

Gil Bonje Jr (Jr), Jr initially contracted to cut all the grass around the Yard area – proving an handy-fellow now works for us full time – continuously cleaning the Yard in all areas, driving, and carrying out general maintenance of the Yard – he is kept busy – and is also one or our local councillors (Barangay).

Mark Ronald (Ron-Ron) is the son of Atat he does many odd jobs and assist a lot with our paint team on all the tedious fairing sanding and preparation

 

 

   
Rodelito Blanco (Dodong) is our engineer and electrical engineer we are pleased to welcome him into our team as he was often formally contracted by our company – he is also a local Pastor providing spiritual guidance within our Yard as well.

Ricardo Namoc (Cardo), Cardo is a carpenter and joined us just over a year ago, he works a lot with Tiny preparing lumber scarfs and so forth.

 

 
 
 

Ronald Tugap (Naldo), Naldo has previous boat building experience and does much of the glass and epoxy works. He is an able sailor of our Hitia 17s and Denja as well as experience of larger sailing vessels. (See Day Charter).

 

 

Our company workforce enjoy salaries well in excess of the Philippine Labour Code, to include, as expected, all proper deductions, including company contributions. In addition our company workforce receive a generous daily travel allowance, three hot meals a day provided by our company to include a full time cook, and regular paid holidays two and an half times the Philippine Labour Code recommended number of days annually. Our workforce receives full 13th month payout at Christmas as is customary here, as well as individual private health and accident insurance.

Our company has an - “employee of the quarter” – incentive with secret ballot – Antonio was the latest winner – Fidel and Ovin were very close runners-up.
